PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This traditional potted pork terrine is a rustic British classic. Made with hand pulled, slow cooked pork collar and ham hock, it’s seasoned with vegetables and a dash of brandy for a rich, tender slice that pairs perfectly with crusty bread or pickles.

A proper potted terrine that captures the charm of traditional British charcuterie. Made from hand pulled pork collar and ham hock, our Potted Pork Terrine is crafted using RSPCA Assured British pork, first Wiltshire cured and then slow-cooked for over 12 hours until meltingly tender.

Once cooled, the pork is gently pulled and mixed with finely chopped onions, carrots, cracked black pepper, and a delicate splash of brandy to enrich the flavour without overpowering the natural sweetness of the meat. It is then hand-potted and allowed to set naturally, resulting in a moist, flavoursome terrine that slices beautifully.

Serve at room temperature to allow the flavours to fully develop. Ideal as a starter or light lunch, especially when paired with crusty bread, toast, or a dollop of tangy piccalilli. A true nod to time-honoured preparation methods, made with care and pride.
