PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
For some of you a ham isn't a ham unless you've cooked it yourself!
For many years our most popular ham, the Wiltshire is traditionally cured by immersion in a sweet cure brine for several days. Our cured hams are made using only the finest outdoor-bred British Pork legs. It is then lightly smoked to give it its wonderful flavour. If you haven't got a cooking vessel big enough then use the optional cooking bag. Full instructions of how to use the bag are included with every ham, along with useful tips on storing, carving and glazing your ham.
