PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our special edition Easter ham this year is a delectable Apple & Sultana glazed ham. Made using our traditional Wiltshire Cure where the hams spend almost a week maturing in our own-recipe brine. The hams are then air-dried for a further week to mature and remove excess moisture before being steam-cooked for 12 hours, allowing the fat to render and soften to provide a buttery texture. We then coat the hams in our delectable Apple & Sultana glaze before finishing off in our glazing ovens.

The resulting ham has a moist texture with a mild, sweetly spiced Bramley and Braeburn apple flavour and a hint of sultana sweetness. A delightful twist on a classic Easter Ham.
