Secure Shopping

Shopping on the internet can feel unsafe and insecure. https://www.dukeshill.co.uk is a secure site that uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level possible to safeguard your details. It provides billions of code combinations per order transaction and prevents other internet users from accessing your personal details during transmission.

What happens to the information you provide?

Details we require from you when placing an order are; name, delivery address, daytime contact number, card type, card number, expiry date and full billing address. We will also ask for the CV2 security digits from the back of your card. These represent an added safeguard to the unauthorised use of your card and are for your own protection. Card security is a high priority for us and we have taken every precaution to ensure that this information is collected and stored accurately, confidentially and without danger of unauthorised access.

Once your order has been transferred to our order processing system all credit card details are removed from our website as an added precaution, and our sales order processing system and internal network are protected by the latest proxy technology. This does mean you must give your card details every time you place an order with us but this is minor and does ensure that it is totally safe to shop with DukesHill.

Your data is secured by Globalsign. You can verify this by clicking on the logo.
