This high welfare British lamb shoulder has been expertly butchered, rolled, dressed and garnished with a sprig of rosemary. A truly magnificent cut of lamb that has become a DukesHill team favourite and makes the perfect centrepiece for a Sunday lunch. Serves 6-8.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking Guide:Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 160°C fan/Gas 4. Rub 15ml vegetable oil into lamb and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.Transfer to shallow roasting tin, loosely cover with foil. Cook for 50 mins per 500 g. Remove foil and return to oven for further 30 mins.After cooking , allow to rest for 15 mins loosely cover with foil before carving.
