COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pan fry: Remove packaging and fry skin down on a low heat for 12 - 15mins for a crispy skin and nutty brown colour. or Oven cook: preheat oven to 200oC cover with foil and roast skin side up for 15-20 mins.
