PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Don't miss out on our incredible multi-buy offer! Take advantage of this special deal and treat yourself to any 3 packs of bacon for just £18!

Indulge in the nostalgic taste of our Smoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon, reminiscent of the "good old days!" Our bacon is meticulously dry cured by hand using a traditional method that involves a perfect blend of salt and unrefined brown sugar. Each flitch of bacon is carefully rubbed with this mixture every day, allowing the flavours to penetrate the meat and infuse it with a rich and savoury taste.

Once the curing process is complete, the flitches of bacon are hung to dry naturally in our specialized drying rooms. This natural drying process allows the meat to gradually darken and firm up, resulting in a bacon that is bursting with flavour and texture. The slow curing and drying process ensures that our bacon has an unsurpassed taste that will leave you craving for more.

But we don't stop there! To add an extra layer of deliciousness, our bacon is then expertly smoked to perfection. The smoky aroma and flavour that permeates each rasher of our bacon is simply irresistible. The combination of the smoky notes and the dry curing process creates a truly exquisite bacon that will elevate any dish it is added to.

Each pack of our Smoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon contains a generous portion of 12+ rashers. Whether you're cooking up a hearty breakfast, creating a mouthwatering sandwich, or adding a touch of flavour to your favourite recipes, our bacon is the perfect choice. With its exceptional taste and quality, it's no wonder that our bacon is a favourite among bacon lovers.

Don't miss out on this incredible offer! Stock up on our Smoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon today and experience the unparalleled taste that only comes from artisanal dry curing and smoking techniques. Treat yourself to the best bacon you've ever had!

NORMANDY PORK CASSEROLE

I love visiting France and in particular Normandy where the recipes seem to use an abundance of cream, and more often than not cider. Here I have tried to re-create a dish we once had on one of our visits using our versatile pork confit and bacon in a cider and cream sauce. Simply served with mash and seasonal vegetables.
