Cooking Instructions
Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by “use by” shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after receipt but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
