This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the Customer and DukesHill Ham Company Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed (at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods ordered). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery information.

Your Right to Cancel

January - October Cancellation Policy

In respect of non-perishable goods, you have the right to cancel the contract 72 hours prior to your delivery date without giving a reason. This right applies to all items except perishable goods which cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted/processed.

November & December Cancellation Policy

During November & December, we are unable to accept any customer request to cancel or amend delivery dates/times for any orders once they have been accepted and confirmed. We produce the majority of our products to cater for confirmed orders and work closely with small artisan producers who do the same to meet the high level of demand during this period and therefore have no flexibility to amend orders once committed. Further to this, we're unable to make amendments to hamper contents in December.

If You Are Dissatisfied

We are committed to offering customers the very best service and the highest quality products.

Please note that you must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and, in the event that you are dissatisfied in any way with either our service or the quality of the goods you receive, let us know promptly in writing via the feedback form in the Contact Us section of the website.

If you have received your ordered items and are not entirely happy, we will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution for you as customer service is paramount to us. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, refund or credit for your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any products delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a DukesHill credit to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations.

On occasion, we may request the return of the goods for inspection, but DukesHill will cover the delivery cost when a receipt for delivery is presented up to a maximum of £15.

Please take extra care to read the instruction leaflet enclosed with your order, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged due to incorrect handling or incorrect temperature storage by the customer.
Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment credit/debit card, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

For orders placed by telephone, we accept all major cards including American Express (but not Diners Club).

All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

We take payment at the time of order as our products are prepared to order.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
Our Guarantee to You

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all products, however, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will normally be indicated on the website. Any dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 2 pm Monday to Thursday will, subject to availability (and unless the customer requests delivery at a later date), be despatched on the same day for next-working-day delivery.

Those orders received after 2 pm, or Friday to Sunday will be despatched (subject to the above) on the next working day.
UK Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail-order or on the web are usually despatched using a “next working day” carrier service. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Standard “next working day” delivery: This is available to most mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas are subject to extended delivery times.

If we are unable to deliver on the specified day due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to deliver at the next earliest opportunity and our liability is limited to this. Customers are advised to arrange for delivery of their order a few days before they need it.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly and the Channel Islands: Whilst we use express couriers, the delivery time in these areas will vary.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.
Alcohol

You must be 18 years old or over to order or receive wines, beers and ciders. By placing an order you confirm that you and/or the recipient are at least 18 years old.
Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

DukesHill Ham Company Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members' agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither DukesHill Ham Company Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other terms, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of DukesHill Ham Company Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving equivalent to the discount advertised at the time.

DukesHill Ham Co reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotional code is invalid for the order being placed.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or rewards, unless stated.

Some offers are not valid on sale items or other discounted products.

Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

DukesHill Ham Co are not responsible and has no obligation to honour any promotional voucher code which is obtained via a third-party source such as a Voucher Code website if the code is not valid.

DukesHill Ham Co reserves the right to cancel or amend the first-time order offer at any time. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.

New Customer Offer
A customer must sign up to receive DukesHill Ham Co’s marketing and communications to receive this offer. This offer solely applies to new customers' first orders, is valid on full-priced food products only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher codes/offers. This offer is single-use only and will be received via email. Free delivery is on orders over £40 and to mainland UK addresses only. The offer can be redeemed via phone orders however, we will not be able to activate the offer for existing customers.
Gift Cards

Gift Cards expire 12 months after being purchased.

They can be redeemed online or by phone.

They can be used fully or partially.
Loyalty Program

  • We, are not accountable for any technical issues encountered with Growave application that could prevent earning, redeeming, spending of points.
  • We reserve the right to add, remove or edit the number of points you have.
  • The value of points are subject to change and vary based on the reward.
  • Accumulated points have an expiration period of 30 days based on nascent activity.
  • Earning/spending points will reset the expiration period of all your accumulated points.
