This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the Customer and DukesHill Ham Company Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed (at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods ordered). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery information.
Your Right To Cancel
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you have the right to cancel your order made online or over the telephone. In respect of non-perishable goods, you have the right to cancel the contract 72 hours prior to your delivery date without giving a reason. This right applies to all items except perishable goods which cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted/processed.
If you have received your ordered items and are not entirely happy, you may return them to us and we will be happy to offer a refund, credit or replacement as appropriate.
Please take extra care to read the instruction leaflet enclosed with your order, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged due to incorrect handling or incorrect temperature storage by the customer.
November & December Cancellation Policy
During November & December, we are unable to accept any customer request to cancel or amend delivery dates/times for any orders once they have been accepted and confirmed. We produce the majority of our products to cater for confirmed orders and work closely with small artisan producers who do the same to meet the high level of demand during this period and therefore have no flexibility to amend orders once committed.
Please bear with our customer care team who are working incredibly hard to process all enquiries. Please allow up to 48 hours for the team to get back to you.

Payment & Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment credit/debit card, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
For orders placed by telephone, we accept all major cards including American Express (but not Diners Club).
All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
We take payment at the time of order as our products are prepared to order.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
Our Guarantee to You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all products, however, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will normally be indicated on the website. Any dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 2 pm Monday to Thursday will, subject to availability (and unless the customer requests delivery at a later date), be despatched on the same day for next-working-day delivery.
Those orders received after 2 pm, or Friday to Sunday will be despatched (subject to the above) on the next working day.
Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail-order or on the web are usually despatched using a “next working day” carrier service. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Standard “next working day” delivery: This is available to most mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas are subject to extended delivery times.
If we are unable to deliver on the specified day due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to deliver at the next earliest opportunity and our liability is limited to this. Customers are advised to arrange for delivery of their order a few days before they need it.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly and the Channel Islands: Whilst we use express couriers, the delivery time in these areas will vary.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.
You must be 18 years old or over to order or receive wines, beers and ciders. By placing an order you confirm that you and/or the recipient are at least 18 years old.
