Since 1985 DukesHill has been producing the finest meats, produced with the highest regard for animal welfare and using traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality. From the early days when we just made cooked hams, our range now includes dry-cured bacon, charcuterie, sausages and burgers, fresh pork, beef and poultry. All our meat is sourced from British farms and skilfully prepared by our own butchers and curers to ensure that the quality is second to none.

Midi Boneless Wiltshire HamOur most popular ham, moist and tender with lots of flavour! Cooked & ready to eat with the bone removed for easier carving. We use the traditional Wiltshire Cure, where the Hams spend almost a week submerged in our own-recipe brine, before being taken out and allowed to mature for a further week. The resulting ham has a lovely mild flavour, and a moist, (but never wet!), texture. The addition of unrefined brown sugar to the recipe adds a subtle sweetness to this mild and delicious ham. This ham is unglazed and lends itself very well to dressing or glazing. We recommend oven-glazing it with our delectable Honey and Mustard Glaze, or this classic can be enjoyed coated in breadcrumbs, marmalade or even chutney - the possibilities are endless. Our Wiltshire Hams can be enjoyed hot or cold and is free of any bones, which makes it easier to carve. Cooked & ready to eat.
