Royal Baerii caviar is sourced from the Acipenser baerii sturgeon, a medium-sized fish originally native to the river systems of Siberia. These sturgeon are sustainably farmed in Italy and require a minimum of 8 years to produce roe of exceptional character.

The caviar ranges in colour from cool grey to warm amber, with pearls measuring between 2.2mm and 2.7mm. Its smooth texture and distinctly balanced flavour make it a refined choice for those discovering the world of artisan caviar.
