Ingredients
1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Directions
Finely chop the parsley, fresh oregano, and garlic (or use a food processer – several pulses) and combine in a bowl.
Stir in the red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil until well combined.
Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste for desired level of spiciness and seasoning.
Allow the chimichurri sauce to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld together.
Drizzle generously over grilled Wagyu Steak just before serving, or use as a dipping sauce for an extra burst of flavour.
