2 tablespoons fresh oregano

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Directions

  1. Step 1 Finely chop the parsley, fresh oregano, and garlic (or use a food processer – several pulses) and combine in a bowl.

  1. Step 2 Stir in the red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil until well combined. 

  1. Step 3 Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste for desired level of spiciness and seasoning.

  1. Step 4 Allow the chimichurri sauce to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld together. 

  1. Step 5 Drizzle generously over grilled Wagyu Steak just before serving, or use as a dipping sauce for an extra burst of flavour.
