WHOLEGRAIN PANCAKES WITH HOISIN DUCK CONFIT
Step 1 Toast or microwave the pancakes to warm through.
Step 2 Preheat oven to 200 fan. Cover the duck legs with foil and roast skin side up for 15-20 mins.
Step 3 Shred once cooked and mix into hoisin sauce and pile onto pancakes with a sprinkling of sliced spring onions to serve.
