Bring timeless British tradition to the table with our Wiltshire Cured Bone-In Ham. Cooked on the bone for extra succulence and depth of flavour, this generous joint makes an impressive centrepiece for family meals, entertaining and special occasions.
Prepared using premium outdoor-bred British pork, each ham is cured following the traditional Wiltshire method, first developed in 1841 by Elizabeth Harris of Calne. Whole pork legs are gently immersed in our own-recipe brine for several days, then slowly cooked on the bone to achieve a wonderfully tender texture and mild, savoury flavour.
Delivered fully cooked and unglazed, the ham gives you complete freedom to finish it your way. Glaze with honey and mustard, add marmalade and spices, or top with a crisp breadcrumb crust for a classic result.
