Crafted by the makers of Baron Bigod Cheese, this small-batch cultured butter is made from raw milk for maximum complexity and richness. The milk is slowly fermented using traditional methods, then churned and shaped entirely by hand. The result is a salted butter with a silky texture, complex tang, and grassy, buttery depth that reflects the lush Suffolk pastures where the cows graze.
