PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introducing our Half Bone-in Wiltshire Gammon Joint (uncooked ham), the perfect choice for those who appreciate the art of cooking their own ham. There's something truly special about taking the time and effort to prepare a ham yourself, and with this bone-in gammon joint, you can create a culinary masterpiece in the comfort of your own kitchen. For generations, our Wiltshire ham has been a favourite among ham enthusiasts.

Using only the finest outdoor-bred British Pork legs, our  traditional curing process involves immersing whole pork legs in brine for several days, allowing it to absorb all the flavours and moisture it needs to achieve a wonderfully moist texture. What sets our Wiltshire ham apart is the addition of unrefined brown sugar to the recipe. This subtle touch of sweetness enhances the overall flavour profile of the ham, making it a truly delightful experience for your taste buds. To ensure that you have everything you need to cook your ham to perfection, we've included an optional cooking bag for those who may not have a cooking vessel big enough. This convenient addition allows you to effortlessly cook your ham without any worries or hassle.

Each ham comes with a guide on how to store, carve, and glaze your ham. Consider it your ultimate guide to ham mastery. So why settle for a pre-cooked ham when you can embark on a culinary adventure with our Half Bone-in Wiltshire Gammon Joint?  Take control of your ham experience and create a meal that is truly your own. With its exceptional quality, traditional curing process, and subtle sweetness, this ham is sure to impress even the most discerning palates.
