PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our most popular ham, this Whole Boneless Wiltshire Ham features a mild flavour, moist texture and subtle sweetness. Fully cooked and boneless for easy carving, it is ideal for glazing, serving cold or as the centrepiece of a traditional British feast.

This boneless ham is crafted from premium British pork and prepared using the time-honoured Wiltshire cure, developed to produce a milder, moister alternative to salt-cured hams. Each joint is immersed in our own-recipe brine for nearly a week, then rested to mature fully and develop its signature soft, balanced flavour.

Unrefined brown sugar in the brine adds a subtle sweetness that enhances the pork’s natural character. The bone is removed for ease of slicing, and the ham is left unglazed so you can finish it your way—whether with honey and mustard, a marmalade glaze, or a breadcrumb crust.
