Crafted from premium British outdoor-bred pork, each ham is prepared using the time-honoured Wiltshire cure – a method developed to produce a tender, succulent alternative to salt-cured hams. The joint is immersed in our own-recipe brine for nearly a week, then rested to mature fully and develop its signature soft, balanced flavour.
Unrefined brown sugar in the brine lends a gentle sweetness that complements the pork’s natural character. The bone is removed for ease of slicing, and the ham is left unglazed so you can finish it your way – with honey and mustard, spiced marmalade, or a golden breadcrumb crust.
