Our dry cured streaky bacon has a flavour that harks back to the "good old days".
If real, old-fashioned bacon is what you are seeking, then look no further. Our delicious Dukeshill Bacon is dry cured by hand using salt combined with brown sugar - delicious! COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all packaging. Bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. To Shallow fry: Add small quantity of oil to the frying pan and preheat . Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.
