A sumptuous twist on a British classic, our Venison Wellington pairs tender British venison fillet with earthy mushroom duxelles, all wrapped in golden puff pastry. Rich, robust game flavour is balanced by crisp, buttery pastry, creating an impressive centrepiece that’s both indulgent and elegant.

Responsibly sourced from approved British estates and certified by the British Game Assurance scheme, the venison is naturally lean, full of flavour and handled to the highest standards from field to fork. Cooking Instructions
Preheat Oven. Remove film lid and absorbent pad from tray. Pierce pastry 3 timeson top of wellington. Brush an egg wash on top of wellington. Place foil tray directly on top shelf. For medium cook for 40 minutes. For well done for 50 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Oven Temperatures. Electric Temperature 240 Degrees ( 40 minutes medium, 50 minutes well done) Fan Temperature 220 Degrees ( 40 minutes medium, 50 minutes well done). Gas Mark 9 ( 40 minutes medium, 50 minutes well done)
