A sumptuous twist on a British favourite, our Venison Wellington combines tender British venison fillet with earthy mushroom duxelles, all wrapped in golden puff pastry. Cooking Instructions
Preheat Oven. Remove film lid and absorbent pad from tray. Pierce pastry 3 timeson top of wellington. Brush an egg wash on top of wellington. Place foil tray directly on top shelf. For medium cook for 40 minutes. For well done for 50 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Oven Temperatures. Electric Temperature 240 Degrees ( 40 minutes medium, 50 minutes well done) Fan Temperature 220 Degrees ( 40 minutes medium, 50 minutes well done). Gas Mark 9 ( 40 minutes medium, 50 minutes well done)
