Place the sausage in the hot dog bun, before spooning a generous amount of chilli over the top. Grate the cheddar all over, and finally finish by crumbling over chilli and cheese sables and garnish with spring onion slices.

Lay beautiful rounds of shallots over the chorizo jam so every bite has one. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves - pick the best ones.

Dollop chilli jam over the sausage for a sweet, spicy hit. Slice the bacon into little bitesize pieces and arrange over the chilli jam. Finally, place thinly sliced radish over the top for a garnish.
