Directions

Place your gourmet sausage under a medium hot grill and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning frequently. Heat the chilli con carne in a small pan until cooked through. Place the sausage in the hot dog bun, before spooning a generous amount of chilli over the top. Grate the cheddar all over, and finally finish by crumbling over chilli and cheese sables and garnish with spring onion slices.
Pulled pork and picalili
Place your gourmet sausage under a medium hot grill and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning frequently. Cook the pork belly confit in a frying pan and turn occasionally until cooked through, then set aside. Place the sausage in the bun. Shred the confit pork belly with two forks and spread it over the sausage. Spoon a generous amount of piccalili over the pork and spread it over.
Bacon and chilli jam
Place your gourmet sausage under a medium hot grill and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning frequently. Place the sausage in the bun. Adorn with plenty of chorizo jam all over the sausage. Lay beautiful rounds of shallots over the chorizo jam so every bite has one. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves - pick the best ones.
Smoked bacon and chilli jam
Place your gourmet sausage under a medium hot grill and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning frequently. Fry the streaky bacon until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Place the sausage in the bun. Dollop chilli jam over the sausage for a sweet, spicy hit. Slice the bacon into little bitesize pieces and arrange over the chilli jam. Finally, place thinly sliced radish over the top for a garnish.
