PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
One of the five classic French sauces our Béarnaise Sauce is thick and creamy with a rich buttery flavour. Made with free range eggs, extra virgin rapeseed oil, shallots, Dijon mustard and tarragon it goes wonderfully well with all our red meats, chicken and asparagus.
Also great with grilled meaty fish such as turbot and salmon.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
It can be served warm (not hot) or cold. If serving warm, for best results decant from jar into a heatproof container and microwave. Or heat gently in a Bain Marie whilst stirring continuously until warm.
