PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Add a touch of authenticity to your home cooking with exceptional Crispy Aromatic Duck from DukesHill.  The crispy aromatic duck is slow-cooked for 14 hours in a water bath with star anise and pink peppercorns to retain all of the natural moisture, resulting in exceptionally tender meat that cooks at home in just minutes! 

Our crispy aromatic duck is ready to heat in the oven for succulent meat and crispy skin. Delicious when paired with hoisin sauce and perfect for serving with pancakes, cucumber and dipping sauce for a traditional Chinese dish.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-heat oven to gas mark 5 or 190C, 375F. 2. Carefully cut open the bag & remove from sous vide bag, discarding all fat & juices. 3. Place the duck, skin side upwards, onto a pre-heated tray - ideally nonstick or lined with baking parchment paper. 4. Place in the oven & cook for approx. 35 mins. If the skin has not crisped over the entire duck, turn the oven up for a final 10 minutes, to gas mark 6 or 200C, 400F. Alternatively, if starting to brown too quickly, cover with foil to avoid burning. 6. Remove from oven & rest for 5 minutes.
