Crafted using high-welfare free range chicken, each portion is prepared by hand and infused with a vibrant marinade of citrus, garlic and herbs. The gentle sous vide method locks in moisture and tenderness, making this a reliable choice when time is short but quality still matters.

Ready in just 25 minutes, this half roast chicken is perfect served with buttery mash and greens for a traditional meal, or paired with couscous and grilled vegetables for a lighter Mediterranean twist.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Carefully cut open individual bag, discard fat & juices. 2) Retain or remove lemon slices and herb inclusions. Optional, but caramelised lemon adds to the overall zesty flavour whilst cooking. 3) Carefully place chicken half skin side up, onto pre-heated oven tray or use none stick ceramic type dish. 4) Place into pre-heated hot oven cook for 25/30 mins (approx) gas mark 5 or 190C, 375F (oven type dependent). 5) Simply cook until very crispy roasted skin has formed on chicken half. 6) Objective is to achieve a crisp skin so cover with silver foil if starting to brown too much, too quickly. Keep warm for 5 minutes then serve. 7) Discard the herbs and lemon pieces accordingly.
