Discover the rich, smoky flavour of our Sliced Oak Smoked Salmon, crafted in Scotland using traditional techniques. Cold smoked over pure oak and matured in brick kilns, this premium salmon offers a melt-in-the-mouth texture and exceptional taste.
We discovered this smoked salmon whilst touring around Scotland – and it’s simply the best we’ve tasted. Made exclusively for us using prime, superior-grade salmon from carefully selected sea farms in the waters surrounding the Shetland Isles.
Each salmon is hand-filleted and marinated, then slowly cold smoked over pure oak chippings for a deep, rich flavour. The salmon is then matured in traditional brick kilns, resulting in an exceptional product with a delicate texture and complex, savoury notes.
A true artisanal delicacy, our Sliced Oak Smoked Salmon is perfect for elegant starters, breakfast platters, canapés or indulgent lunches.
