Cooking Instructions
The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. To oven cook: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place ham hock on a lined baking tray and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 70-80mins. Ensure food is piping hot, cooked throughout before serving.

Storage
Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once opened, consume witihn 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
