PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This cold smoked trout pâté is delicately prepared using only prime fillets from trout slow grown for two years in the pristine Test and Itchen Rivers in Hampshire. Smooth, rich and lightly smoky, it makes an elegant starter or light lunch.
Renowned for their clean, fast-flowing waters, the Test and Itchen rivers produce exceptional trout with a fine texture and subtle flavour. These trout are gently cold smoked using traditional methods, then blended into a creamy pâté that captures the natural character of the fish.
Perfect served with oatcakes, crusty bread or crudités, this pâté is ideal for entertaining, picnics or a refined snack. Simply chill, spread and enjoy.
