This selection comprises: Sliced Oak Smoked Salmon (200g) Traditionally and slowly smoked for several days using only pure oak to produce some of the finest smoked salmon available anywhere. Scottish Oatcakes (200g) Golden toasted oatcakes made in Scotland to a traditional recipe, using locally milled oats. West Country Fillet Steaks (2 x 170g) This superlative steak is exclusively sourced from carefully selected West Country British farms, and slowly matured to ensure that the flavour and texture are second to none. Béarnaise sauce (250g) Delicious and indulgent, made with free range eggs & extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil this sauce is perfect with steak. Rich Chocolate Pudding (410g) Made by hand in small batches using English butter and free range eggs this dark, moist chocolate sponge is coated generously with a 60% Belgian chocolate sauce. Delicious served with cream, custard or ice cream. Blue Melrosa, Malbec (75cl) A superb full-bodied, rich and exciting Malbec loaded with fresh red and earthy dark fruit, black cherry and creamy vanilla, and a complex wood spice.
