DEVILS ON HORSEBACK
Step 1 Remove any stones from each prune keeping the prune as intact as possible.
Step 2 Soak the prunes in the brandy for a minimum of one hour.
Step 3 Fill each prune with a teaspoon of mango chutney.
Step 4 Half each streaky rasher vertically to give 24 long, thin, half rashers.
Step 5 Roll each prune in the bacon and secure with a cocktail stick.
Step 6 Bake at 200°C/180°C fan for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 7 Serve warm.
