PEACH & BRANDY SYLLABUB
Step 1 Begin by draining the juice from the jar of peaches being sure to reserve the delicious juices for the syllabub part.
Step 2 Divide the peaches between four bowls.
Step 3 Over a pan of simmering water whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and reserved juice continuously, until light and fluffy and ribbons form as you whisk. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Step 4 Pour the syllabub over the peaches and serve immediately.
