Cooking Instructions
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Allow meat to come to room temperature before cooking. Oven cook: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high heat. Add the joint to the pan and sear on all sides for 4 minutes. Transfer to a roasting tray, cook in the centre of the preheated oven for rare 18-22mins, medium 26-30mins, well done 34-38mins. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker joints, additional cooking time may be required. Once cooked, allow to rest for 10 minutes.
