Half Boneless Candied Orange & Honey Glazed Christmas Ham

Handmade for the Christmas table using the finest outdoor-bred British pork, each ham is cured in our unique brine for nearly a week, with a touch of demerara sugar added for subtle sweetness. After air-drying for a further week to mature and reduce moisture, the ham is steam-cooked for 12 hours until meltingly tender and beautifully moist.

Once cooked, it’s carefully hand-trimmed, generously glazed with honey, and topped with thin slices of orange before baking in our glazing ovens to create a glossy, caramelised finish fit for the festive table. The result is a wonderfully buttery texture and gentle orange sweetness that complements the mild flavour of the ham.
