Our special edition Christmas ham offers a festive centrepiece with real flair. This Half Boneless Candied Orange & Honey Glazed Ham is handcrafted using our traditional Wiltshire Cure and finished with a sweet, aromatic glaze of honey and sliced oranges. Mild, moist and delicately flavoured, it’s the perfect choice for Christmas celebrations.

Product Description

Handmade using the finest outdoor-bred British pork, each ham is cured in our unique brine for nearly a week, with a touch of demerara sugar added for subtle sweetness. After air-drying for a further week to mature and reduce moisture, the ham is steam-cooked for 12 hours until meltingly tender and beautifully moist.

Once cooked, it’s carefully hand-trimmed, generously glazed with honey, and topped with thin slices of orange before baking in our glazing ovens to create a glossy, caramelised finish. The result is a wonderfully buttery texture and gentle orange sweetness that complements the mild flavour of the ham.
