Whole Boneless Cranberry Glazed Ham with Cranberry Stuffing - 5kg
Our special edition Christmas ham this year is a delectable cranberry glazed Wiltshire ham, generously stuffed with pork & cranberry stuffing. We use our traditional Wiltshire Cure where the hams spend almost a week maturing in our own-recipe brine. We add a touch of brown sugar to our brine recipe to give a subtle sweetness to this mild and delicious ham. We generously stuff each ham by hand with our pork & cranberry stuffing before being steam-cooked for 12 hours, allowing the fat to render and soften to provide a buttery texture. Once prepared, we coat the hams in a delicious cranberry glaze before finishing off in our glazing ovens. The resulting ham has a lovely mild flavour and a moist texture with a quintessential hint of cranberry.
