Distinctly meatier in nature, this sausage contains nothing but the finest cuts of outdoor-reared pork and our own special blend of seasonings. The absence of bread crumbs or other fillers makes this sausage ideal for those looking for a gluten-free sausage.
All sausages delivered in December will not be suitable for freezing. Sausages delivered after 18th December will have an adequate shelf life for Christmas.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.
