We use only the finest cuts of outdoor-bred British pork, expertly seasoned with our own traditional blend of herbs and spices. There are no breadcrumbs, rusk or fillers—just proper meat and flavour.
This gluten-free sausage delivers a firm bite and succulent texture, ideal for those who like their sausages simple, satisfying, and full of quality ingredients.
Please Note: All sausages delivered in December are not suitable for home freezing. Products delivered after 18th December will have an adequate shelf life for Christmas.

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Storage
This product has been previously frozen and defrosted without affecting quality and safety. Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Consume within 2 days of opening. Not suitable for home freezing. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
