Cooking Instructions
All appliances vary. This is a guide only. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and empty the contents of the bag into a foil lined roasting tray or non stick ceramic dish. Cover with foil and cook in a centre of a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and discard foil. Return to oven and cook for a further 20 minutes. Remove from oven, remove the turkey from the juices and rest for 10 minutes before serving. Due to the nature of bacon, the meat may be a light pink colour when cooked. It's still perfectly safe to eat.
