Inspired by the time-honoured Italian porchetta, our Lambchetta is a traditionally-made roast using British lamb, expertly seasoned with rosemary, thyme, fennel and garlic. A delicate hint of mint brightens the richness of the slow-cooked meat, while sea salt enhances its deep, savoury character. The result is a perfectly balanced roast that’s succulent, aromatic and full of rustic charm.

This artisan lamb joint offers restaurant-quality results with minimal effort—just roast until golden and serve alongside classic sides like dauphinoise potatoes or minted peas. Cooking Instructions
For best result oven cook. Remove all packaging. We recommend removing the joint from the vacuum packaging and patting it dry with kitchen towel. Remove from the fridge 2 hours before cooking. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4. Cover joint with foil. Roast in the oven for 3.5 hours. Remove the joint from the oven, remove the foil and return to the oven for further 30 minutes. Remove the joint from the oven, allow to rest on a warm plate for 15 minutes.

Storage
Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge.
