Product Description

Our delicious Dukeshill middle bacon is dry cured by hand using salt combined with brown sugar and is full of traditional bacon flavour. We cut each rasher a little thicker and being rind-on bacon, this middle bacon has a good layer of fat.

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging. Bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. To Shallow fry: Add small quantity of oil to the frying pan and preheat . Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.
