Our organic light rye sourdough loaf is high in fibre and is bread in its purest form. Made with just three ingredients; Organic Light Rye Flour, water and sea salt, it is free from wheat, sugar, yeast & dairy.
Fermented for 24 hours, this light rye sourdough bread is the antidote to mass-produced bread and is much gentler on your stomach. Perfect enjoyed with a generous spread of salted butter or as the base for a hearty sandwich at lunchtime.
