Crafted with organic light rye flour, sea salt and water, this fibre-rich loaf is fermented for 24 hours to develop its complex flavour and gentle, gut-friendly character. With a robust crust and soft, open crumb, it’s ideal served with salted butter, used for open sandwiches or paired with soups and cheese boards.

Cooking Instructions
We recommend that you bake off at 180°C – 200°C for 5 minutes to enliven the crust.
