Our delicately smoked Scottish Salmon is cured and brushed with Manuka honey for a subtly sweet festive finish. Expertly sliced and ready to serve, it’s an indulgent Christmas treat that brings elegance and flavour to seasonal entertaining.

Sourced from specially selected Scottish sea farms, this premium salmon is hand-brushed with Manuka honey before being cured with salt and gently smoked over oak chips for eight hours. Left for two days to allow the flavours to infuse, it is then lightly brushed with honey once more and finely sliced for serving. The result is a luxurious balance of natural sweetness, gentle smoke and savoury depth — perfect for canapés, festive starters or indulgent Christmas breakfasts.
