PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our sliced smoked salmon is smoked especially for us using prime, superior salmon from specially selected Scottish sea farms.
This indulgent sliced smoked salmon has been brushed with Manuka honey before being cured with salt, then smoked for 8 hours using oak chips and left to infuse for two days before once more being lightly brushed with honey and thinly sliced.
Perfect served on bread, crackers, or as part of a sandwich with an organic sourdough loaf.
