Crafted from RSPCA Assured British pork, first Wiltshire cured and then slow-cooked for over 12 hours until meltingly tender, our Potted Pork Terrine captures the charm of time-honoured charcuterie. Once cooled, the pork is hand-pulled and blended with finely chopped onions, carrots, cracked black pepper and brandy, before being hand-potted and left to set naturally.

The result is a moist, flavoursome terrine that slices effortlessly — a true celebration of British tradition, made with care and pride. Best served at room temperature, it makes an elegant festive starter, a Boxing Day lunch treat, or a welcome addition to Christmas cheeseboards and cold cuts.
