A traditional Scandinavian delicacy, our sliced Gravadlax is made from premium Shetland salmon, cured with dill, white wine vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar for a moist, fragrant flavour with a subtle sweetness and silky texture. A luxurious festive favourite for Christmas entertaining.

Prepared using fresh – never frozen – Scottish salmon, this gravadlax is hand-filleted and sliced by artisans at a small independent UK smokery. Following time-honoured curing methods, the salmon is gently marinated and then lightly smoked over untreated wood chips to enhance its flavour without overpowering the delicate cure.

Elegant, refined and bursting with festive flair, this gravadlax is perfect for Christmas canapés, light lunches or indulgent starters. For the classic Nordic pairing, serve with DukesHill’s Dill & Mustard Sauce, fresh rye bread and a chilled glass of Champagne.
