A traditional Scandinavian delicacy, our sliced Gravadlax is made from premium Shetland salmon, cured with dill, white wine vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar to create a moist, fragrant flavour with subtle sweetness and a silky texture.

Prepared using fresh, never frozen Scottish salmon, this gravadlax is hand-filleted and sliced by skilled artisans at a small independent UK smokery. Using time-honoured curing methods, the salmon is gently marinated and lightly smoked over untreated wood chips to enhance the flavour without overpowering the delicate cure.
