Product Description

A whole side of traditional Gravadlax, expertly cured with dill, white pepper, sea salt and sugar, then hand-sliced for effortless serving. This delicately flavoured Scandinavian-style salmon is made from the finest fresh Scottish fish, prized for its silky texture and subtle balance.

Prepared using 100% Scottish salmon that is never frozen and sourced exclusively from UK waters, each side is crafted by hand at a small independent UK smokery. The salmon is moist cured to perfection, then gently smoked over untreated wood chips using time-honoured methods that enhance flavour while preserving its natural delicacy.

Sliced into elegant D-shaped pieces, this gravadlax side is ideal for grazing platters, canapés or light lunches. For a classic Nordic pairing, serve with DukesHill’s Dill & Mustard Sauce, rye bread and a glass of chilled sparkling wine.
