Product Description

Our smoked bacon is dry cured and then smoked for a more intense flavour. Traditionally dry cured by hand using the finest salt combined with brown sugar, the flitches of bacon are then smoked - delicious!

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging. Bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. To Shallow fry: Add small quantity of oil to the frying pan and preheat . Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.
