PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
There's bacon, then there's DukesHill Bacon! Our dry-cured bacon is made without compromise. It is traditionally dry cured by hand using the finest salt combined with brown sugar, with no added water. It is allowed to mature naturally over several days in our drying rooms. This not only means there is no excess water and hence no white goo when cooked, but more importantly, the flavour and texture are second to none.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. Pan Fry. Time: 4 -5minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add bacon and turn halfway through cooking.
