Available bone-in for a traditional festive presentation or boneless for effortless carving, this heritage ham is fully cooked and ready to enjoy.

Prepared using techniques that have changed little over centuries, each leg is carefully selected for quality, dressed with saltpetre and generously salted over several weeks. The hams are then hung in traditional drying rooms to mature slowly, developing their rich depth of flavour and distinctive bite.

Slightly saltier than Wiltshire ham and served best sliced very thin, this artisan favourite is perfect for Christmas buffets, festive platters and celebratory spreads. With a Royal Warrant and centuries of craftsmanship behind it, it remains a proud staple of classic English charcuterie - bringing tradition, flavour and elegance to the Christmas table.
