LEMON & POPPYSEED PANCAKES WITH LEMON CURD & RASPBERRIES
Step 1 Toast or microwave pancakes until they are warmed through.
Step 2 Stir the lemon curd into the yoghurt lightly to achieve a marbling effect. The yoghurt will balance out the sweetness of the lemon curd.
Step 3 Dollop the lemon curd mix onto each pancake and garnish with a handful of raspberries.
