Beluga caviar is the most prized and exclusive caviar in the world, harvested from the Huso huso sturgeon after decades of careful nurturing. With eggs measuring over 3mm, it delivers a smooth, creamy texture and rich, lingering flavour that connoisseurs will recognise instantly.
Originally native to the Black Sea, Caspian Sea and connected rivers, the Beluga sturgeon is now farmed under strict sustainability protocols. Our caviar is sourced from one of the most reputable farms in Italy, fully certified by GlobalGAP and Friend of the Sea.
