Each British hock makes a delicious meal for two or a feast for one.
We cook these lightly-cured hocks for twelve hours to bring out the flavour and tenderness. Serve cold with salad or hot with mash and parsley sauce for a comforting meal. You will receive two hocks.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
The boiled hocks are already cooked so can be served either hot or cold. To eat them hot, we recommend pre-heating the oven to 200°C /180°C fan/ gas mark 6. Place the hocks in a roasting dish and cook uncovered for 40 mins; this will crisp up the skin nicely. If you prefer to steam the hocks, add a small amount of liquid-stock, water, cider to the roasting dish and cover, place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C /180°C fan/ gas mark 6.
